We publish what the software is not allowed to do.
Everyone in this business publishes what their software can do. The other list is shorter to write and much harder to print, and it is the one that decides whether a record is worth anything in November.
It tells you what it hasn't read. That is why you can believe the rest.
A fact in the record came from a person or from a document. A person, a date and his own words — or a document, a revision and a page.
A gap stays a gap. The day is blank, the app says it is blank, and nothing is filled in to make a screen look finished.
Two sources that disagree resolve to nothing. It files neither one, names both, and asks.
Nothing about the job is generated. Not a summary that adds a fact, not a plan nobody described, not a name on a form for a man who wasn't there.

A company that publishes what its software may not do has to publish its own corrections too, or the first one is a slogan.

This site published the formation date as August 11, 2026, on the filing block and in the structured data of every page. August 11 is the day the filing was submitted and paid for; the state filed it on August 14, 2026. Current fact — formed August 14, 2026. The UBI is now published beside it, so the state's search is one exact match instead of a name to sift.

This site described Sergei Sysoev and Andrei Tcelikov as the members on the filing. A Washington formation filing does not carry a roster of members — it names the person who signed it and the registered agent. Current fact — on the filing, Andrei Tcelikov signed as a member and Sergei Sysoev is the registered agent; that the company's members are those two is ours to state, not something the record shows.

Our structured data described an application distributed for iOS and iPadOS. It is not distributed that way. The entry was removed rather than reworded.
What we will not do.
We do not use any customer's records for anything but that customer's work.
Not for a statistic, not for a model, not for a picture of what a normal week looks like across contractors. Your company's record is on its own encrypted instance — no query of ours spans two companies — and it is opened only with a reason, and the reason is written down.
We do not build software for other companies.
Not by the hour and not by the job. A tool built for one company stops getting better the day it is handed over, because there is nobody left whose product it is. Everything we build, we keep — and that is the only reason it keeps getting fixed.
We take no money from anybody but the customer.
No vendor rebate, no referral fee, no cut from any supply house. The only money that reaches us is yours.
We publish no number nobody measured.
No accuracy figure. No certification we did not earn, and no badge for one. When you see a percentage on somebody's page, ask what was counted, who counted it, and against what — and if the page does not say, it is decoration.
We do not publish what is coming.
We publish what shipped and the day it shipped. A missed date spends credit nothing else can replace.
One address, and a person on the other end of it.
Read the business day it arrives. Answered in writing by the end of the next business day, by a person at Torspan. No ticket number, no case ID, no routing menu.
Business day means Monday through Friday, Pacific time. Write on Saturday and you hear back Monday.
